How do I start planning a trip?+
Submit the Plan My Trip form with your dates, destination ideas, traveller count, and budget range. You will receive an inquiry number by email, and your travel agent follows up within one business day to confirm details.
When is my trip actually booked?+
An inquiry is a request, a proposal is a set of options, and a deposit holds a reservation only once the supplier confirms it. Your trip is booked when your travel agent sends written confirmation with confirmation numbers.
Do you charge a planning fee?+
Yes. A planning fee covers research, quoting, and itinerary work. The current amount is shown before you pay, and it is separate from your trip cost. Fees are set by the agency and can change — the amount shown at checkout applies to your request.
Is the planning fee refundable?+
Planning fees are generally non-refundable once research begins, because they pay for time already spent. Your agency's current cancellation policy page is the authoritative version.
How do I pay?+
Payments are made by card through a secure checkout page. Card details are never stored by the agency. You receive a receipt by email for every payment.
