1. Our role
The agency acts as an independent travel planner and intermediary between you and travel suppliers such as resorts, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators and transport providers.
Suppliers set their own terms, prices, schedules and cancellation rules. Those supplier terms apply to your booking in addition to these terms.
2. Inquiries, proposals and confirmed bookings
Submitting a trip request creates an inquiry. An inquiry is not a reservation, a price guarantee, or a confirmed booking.
A proposal is a set of options based on availability at the moment it was prepared. A deposit begins the reservation process. Your trip is confirmed only when the agency sends written confirmation including confirmation numbers.
3. Fees
Consultation fees and planning fees are for professional time and are shown to you before payment. Fees are separate from the cost of your travel.
Fees are generally non-refundable once work begins. The amount displayed at the time of payment applies to your request.
4. Payments and deadlines
Deposits and installment deadlines are set by suppliers and are firm. Missed deadlines may result in cancellation and penalties charged by the supplier.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. The agency does not store payment card details.
5. Traveller responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate legal names, dates of birth and contact details, and for holding valid travel documents for your itinerary.
You are responsible for arriving at departure points on time and for complying with supplier and destination rules.
6. Limitations
The agency is not liable for supplier failures, schedule changes, weather, strikes, closures, or events beyond its control.
The agency does not provide legal, immigration, visa, health or passport guarantees.
